Team chat within Collins can be found in the internal notes of a booking. This allows you to pass on notes to other members of the team regarding the booking/enquiry and is super useful to alert other members of staff about something that needs to be done with that booking/enquiry.
To start using this, you need to first create a username in your Collins Dashboard:
NB - the user name needs to be unique within our Collins database eg not Julia, but JuliaCollinsbars
Once you have set up your username, other members of staff can @mention you in the internal notes of a booking/enquiry by typing @ - and starting to type the name of the user, select the relevant user that shall appear > Type the note > Add > Save. The note will appear in the Users Dashboard for them to be made aware of.

Then, once you've actioned the note that was left for you, you can mark it as 'Done' in the Notifications section on your Dashboard. Once you hover over the note, you'll see the 'Done' button. This ensures it is the most up to date list of actions left for you.
