The 'Add Booking' button is a great tool to instantly see space in your venue when a customer rings. It is located at the top left of your Diary/Floorplan/Run sheet.
Simply enter the information in the required fields, then select Find Areas and Collins will bring back what tables OR zones you have completely free and can accommodate the booking. See this article on the Find Areas function.
You can then add the booking straight into the table!
Please be aware, it is mandatory to add at least a ‘First Name’ when adding in bookings into the diary using the ‘Add Booking’ button. If adding walk-ins, this field is not required.
