Emails & Texts - Adding a new email template/message and attachments

Within Collins, you can create pre-defined message templates to insert into emails. These are messages that you regularly send to customers, for example your Terms & Conditions, a Cancellation Email message, a Released Booking message, a Confirmation Email message etc. Once set up, a drop-down of your templates will be created, ready for you to select and insert directly into the body of the email.

You can also upload your menus and pictures into an attachment bank. A drop-down list of these attachments will be created too, allowing you to quickly add the attachment to an email.

If you have one venue or want the same templates to apply to all your venues, go to:

> Settings
> Venue Group
> Emails
> Email Messages
> Add Another. Put a name for the template (Eg. Confirmation Email T&Cs) and then put the text you want in the message box.
>You can also add the templates from venue group by clicking 'Add from venue group' and selecting the templates you'd like to add.
> Save

Just below that is Email Attachments:

> Add Another
> Name the Attachment
> Upload the attachment from your computer
> Save

If you have multiple venues and want different email messages per venue, go to:

> Settings
> Venues
> Select Venue name
> Email & Texts
> Email Messages
> Click "Use custom email messages"
> Add Another. Put a name for the template (Eg. Confirmation Email T&Cs) and then put the text you want in the message box
> Save

You can upload your menus/pictures in the Email Attachments section just below Email Messages:

> Click "Use custom email attachments"
> Name the Attachment
> Upload the attachment from your computer
> Save
