When working in live service, you can use the check in panel to manually mark when bookings have arrived, ordered, paid etc and eventually Left - see guide with more information on booking stages - once a booking is marked as Left this is moved out of the Bookings list and into Finished Bookings. To make sure that all bookings are marked as Left when their booking has finished, you can enable Collins to do this automatically - follow the steps below to enable this feature on your diary/floor plan/runsheet:
> Go to Settings > Venues > (Your Venue) > Diary Settings
> See ‘Booking Stage Automation’
> Tick the box ‘Enable’ > select ‘Save’
Once this is enabled, Collins will automatically check your bookings out once their booking time has lapsed. You will still be able check bookings out early manually or adjust their duration should any bookings run over time.
