If you look after a group of venues that are similar in brand, bookings, menus etc, once you have completed the set-up for one venue, you can nice and quickly copy some settings over to another venue(s).
To do this, head to Settings > Copy Venue Rules:
You’ll then be asked to select the Venue you wish to copy settings FROM - you can either scroll through the list of your venues, search for the venue name or filter your list of venues by Venue Tag > select the required venue > Next
Then, you’ll be asked to select which Venue(s) you wish to copy these settings TO - again, you can either scroll through the list of your venues, search for the venue name or filter your list of venues by Venue Tag
For example, if you use Venue Tags to divide your venues by the brand or region they are in, you can use the tool to mass copy standard settings across the other venues with that specific tag.
After selecting the required Venue(s) select Next
You’ll then be asked to select what Settings you’d like to copy across - the options you have are:
Select the Setting you’d like to copy i.e. Booking Types > this will then bring up a pop up window with all the booking types that can be copied across > you can select one or multiple booking types > then select Copy to finalise the action
Once settings have been successfully copied across to the intended Venue(s) a message will appear to make you aware of this being completed.
