Attachments are not opening on the customer’s side

When composing an email in Collins, you have an option to upload any attachments that you regularly send out to your customers. These can be uploaded to your attachement bank in your Settings. For more information on how to do this, follow this link:

 When adding attachments, make sure the name of the file have any symbols in it. Collins can be sensitive regarding any special symbols in the file name of the attachments that you upload. Before uploading any files, format the name of the attachment to avoid such symbols as:

 

 If you already have files uploaded with the symbols mentioned above go to:

  • Settings

  • Venues

  • Choose your Venue

  • Emails and texts

  • Scroll down to Email Attachments

  • Delete the current files by clicking the DELETE ATTACHMENT

 

  • Reupload the attachments with the new formatted title

  • Click SAVE at the top left corner of the page
