If there is an Enquiry/Booking in the system that you are having trouble finding, there are several ways that it can be found. To search for an Enquiry/Booking, use the search bar at the top of the enquiry page (you can search by name, email address, phone number, DMN reference number or the reference number added in the additional details section).
Finding Cancelled Bookings
To find a Cancelled booking, you can search for this by filtering your bookings. In the main Enquiries page, select filter and choose 'Status' adding 'Cancelled' as the status, then Apply. This will bring up a list of all Cancelled bookings in your system. If you are unsure of the name of the customer, you could filter again by adding another ‘Date’ filter to drill down further and narrow the options of potential customers.
NB Make sure the ‘assigned to’ button is set to ‘Assigned to Anyone’ so that all enquiries/bookings in the system show and not just the ones assigned to you as a user. If you are part of a group, make sure that a further filter of ‘Venue’ is added and the name of the individual venue selected.
