In your Enquiries page, you will be presented with all ‘New’ and ‘Provisional’’ enquiries by default.
All enquiries will be sorted by closest to today's date and then descending into the future enquiries. Underneath the date, you would also be able to see the received date:
All new enquiries submitted by a customer will be displayed with a red ‘TAKE’ button until a User ‘Takes’ the enquiry turning it to ‘IN PROGRESS' and assigning the enquiry to their User account to show the enquiry is now being dealt with.
You can think of your Enquiries page as your "To-do" list of all the enquiries that you need to action and that are still awaiting confirmation.
You can also filter this list by just the enquiries that are assigned to you or you can select 'Assigned to all' to see all your venue's enquiries.
Any confirmed bookings will not appear in this list but in the Confirmed bookings section underneath the notification centre:
