This is a useful tool to quickly find the details of a customer who has booked with you before (especially useful if taking details over the phone). If the name, email address or phone number is entered into the ‘Find a Customer’ box, Collins will show a list of all possible matches. Once the desired name is clicked on, all the details will auto-fill out in the ‘Customer Details’ section, and the Customer Profile will appear in the bottom left hand corner.
Note: the 'find a customer' tool will only bring up searches of customers who have an existing profile in your Customer database. These profiles are created with an email address. So, if you add a customer without an email address, you won't be able to find the customer using the 'find a customer' tool.
