Take (New) - These are your enquiries in Collins with a red 'TAKE' button next to them. They are completely new enquiries that have come through your widget that have not been replied to yet and no user is currently assigned to them.
In Progress - These are your enquiries with the orange 'IN PROGRESS' label next to them and they are enquiries that someone has 'Taken' and assigned to themselves to start working on, but has not yet been confirmed. These should always have an action label on them too, for example ‘Awaiting Deposit’ so everyone can see why they haven’t been confirmed.
Confirmed (Completed) - bookings with a green 'CONFIRMED' label next to them are bookings that have been saved as confirmed in Collins. In the Reports section, these will often be listed as 'Completed'.
Cancelled - your bookings or enquiries with a black 'CANCELLED' label next to them are bookings that you have rejected, or that have been cancelled by the customer.
- Lost - 'Lost' enquiries are enquiries for which the booking date has passed, and the enquiry has neither been confirmed nor rejected.
Deleted - your bookings or enquiries with a black 'DELETED' label next to them are bookings that you have rejected, or that have been cancelled by the customer. Please note that this will only appear when filtering by Status > Deleted.
You can easily filter your enquiries/bookings by status from the Enquiries page. Please see our guide here to help.
Please note: You can change the status of an enquiry from within the Enquiry form of an In Progress enquiry - see screenshot below - select 'Reject' + SAVE to cancel the enquiry or 'Confirm' +SAVE to confirm the booking.
