My Account - The account name has changed?

This will only occur if you have made a booking for your venue and used your email address in the Customer's Email field. The system will pick this up in the database as the most recent username to that account and subsequently change the name.

You can change your account name and other details by going to the icon at the very top right-hand corner of the page and selecting ‘My Account’ from the drop-down:

> You will then need to log in one more time to access the account details (in the top right-hand corner)

> Once logged in Click on your name in the top right corner and click My Details

> You will then be able to change your account information

> Make to always click UPDATE to save the changes
