My account name has changed?

This will only occur if you have made a booking for your venue and used your email address in the Customer's Email field. The system will pick this up in the database as the most recent username to that account and subsequently change the name.

You can change your account name and other details by going to the icon at the very top right-hand corner of the page and selecting ‘My Account’ from the drop-down. Edit your details and click UPDATE to save the changes.
