My Account - Updating your password

When you are added as a new user on Collins you will be sent an email with a link to create your password - the subject of the email is 'You have been added as a new user’. Please check your spam folder if it does not show up in your inbox:


If there is a problem and you do not receive the email or you cannot remember your password, please follow the 'Forgot Password?' link on


Or follow the link below, for easy access:

You will be able to reset your password and then will be able to access your account.

If you need to update your existing password:

> When logged into your Collins admin > in the top right-hand corner click on the user name

> From the drop-down select 'My Account'

> You may then be asked to log in one more time to access the account details (in the top right-hand corner)

> Once logged in Click on your name in the top right corner and click My Details

> Scroll down past the account information to update your current password to a new password

> Make sure to click CHANGE PASSWORD to confirm the change
