My Account - Cannot find access the Venue Group page

If you cannot see a drop-down option to access Venue Group in your Settings, it means you do not have access to ALL VENUES within your Venue Group.


If you feel you need access to All Venues and the Venue Group settings, please contact your key user, who will have the correct permissions to change this.  

If you are the Key User and should have access to All Venues, please email for assistance.
