Collins Pay - Setting Automated Reminder Emails

For Collins Pay customers, when you request a payment from a customer via email, you can set up the system to automatically send out reminder emails to them if they have not yet paid. This can be set up to remind them 21, 14, 10, 7, 3, and/or 1 day before their booking.

To set this up, go to:

  • Settings > Venues

  • Select your venue

  • Payments tab on the left-hand side

  • Under Payment reminders > tick when you would like the reminders to be sent

  • You can also add a personal message to go out on these emails

  • Make sure to SAVE the settings
