Venue Group - How to automatically inform the customer which table/area they have booked

If you would like your guests to know the Table/Area in which they will be assigned to, you can select for this information to display in the Booking Summary.

To enable this, go to:

  • Settings

  • Venue Group

  • Emails tab on the left-hand side

  • Under Include in emails - tick the box for 'Assigned Area'

  • Make sure to SAVE the settings
