Removing users from your Collins system.

To remove a user from having access to your admin, go to:

  • Settings

  • Users

  • Find the user you'd like to remove and press the red 'X' to the right of their permissions.

   

You can find a user manually by scrolling through the list or you can use 2 filters:

> Filter by name

> Filter by venue

IMPORTANT - Please make sure to reassign the In Progress enquiries this user has taken before they are removed from the system
