Collins Pay - Where can I view my Customer Payments?

You can find a record of customer payments in Reports > Customer Payments. This report keeps track of all transactions going through the system and is downloadable into a CSV to reconcile payments.


Please note, you can only look at payments made within a date range of 30 days at a time. i.e. if you wanted to view the last 2 months of payments you will need to search the list for the 1st October - 31st October > Download into a CSV and then make another search for the 1st November to 31st November.


Any “Amounts” marked in brackets indicates that this was a Refund.


The booking reference is hyperlinked, meaning you can go straight into the enquiry/booking from the Customer Payments Report.
