If a booking cannot be auto-confirmed, as you have no space, you can set Collins up to still take this as an Enquiry.
To set this up, go to Settings:
> Select Venue
> Booking Type
> Select the relevant Booking Type
> Scroll down to “Auto-confirmed Areas”
> Tick the box “Still take enquiries for bookings if no available areas found”
Then, when a customer tries to make a booking at a time you are appearing as a full, Collins will
a) suggest alternative times within a three hour period of their original booking time if you have space and;
b) notify them that you are appearing as full at this time but offer to still proceed with their booking as an enquiry.
