If a booking cannot be auto-confirmed, as you have no space, you can set Collins up to still take this as an Enquiry.
To set this up, go to Settings:
Booking Type and select the relevant Booking Type
Scroll down to “Auto-confirmed Rules”
Tick the box “Still take enquiries for bookings if no available areas found”
Make sure to SAVE
Then, when a customer tries to make a booking at a time you are appearing as a full, Collins will:
a) suggest alternative times within a three hour period of their original booking time if you have space
b) and notify them that you are appearing as full at this time but offer to still proceed with their booking as an enquiry.
