Instead of going to Messages and composing a confirmation email within the booking, you can set your Collins system up to automatically send out a Confirmation email when the status of the booking is changed to Confirmed and Saved
I.e. every time you press the Green Confirm button and SAVE the enquiry, a Confirmation email will automatically be sent to the customer.
To set this up, go to Settings:
> Select Venue
> Booking Types
> Select the relevant Booking Type (if you would like this to happen for all types of bookings this needs to be set up per Booking Type)
> Scroll down to the Emails section
> Tick the box next to where it says ‘Automatic Confirmation’
