Booking Types - How to Setup Automatic Confirmation Emails When Confirming Bookings
Instead of going to Messages and composing a confirmation email within the booking, you can set your Collins system up to automatically send out a confirmation email when the status of the booking is changed to Confirmed. I.e. every time you press the Green Confirm button and SAVE on an enquiry, a Confirmation email will automatically be sent to the customer.
To set this up, go to Settings:
Venues
Select Venue
Booking Types
Select the relevant Booking Type (if you would like this to happen for all types of bookings this needs to be set up per Booking Type)
Scroll down to the Emails section
Tick the box next to where it says ‘Automatic Confirmation’
Make sure to SAVE the page
