Within a booking type, you have the option to enter a ‘Value per head’. This is the average amount you’d expect a customer to spend on this booking type. This is only for internal reporting purposes - the guest will not see this.
You can set this up by going into your Settings:
> Select Venue
> Booking Types
> Select the Booking Type you wish to add a value to
> ‘Value per Head’ box - enter this here
> Make sure to SAVE
Then, when going to the Reports section, you will be able to view the calculated pre-booked value per month in the below reports:
Please note, if a booking has any pre-orders, minimum spends or payments added, this will override the Value set per head and will be added to forecast total.
