My Account - Someone has left the company and we want to change the Collins user account to another name. How do we do this?

Has someone left the company and you want to change your general email address to another name?

> When logged into your Collins admin > in the top right-hand corner click on the user name

> On the drop-down select 'MY ACCOUNT'


> You may then be asked to log in one more time to access the account details (in the top right-hand corner)

> Once logged in Click on your name in the top right corner and click My Details


> You will then be able to change your account information

> Make to always click UPDATE to save the changes
