Emails & Texts - Setting up your SMS name

The SMS name is the name that will appear on your customer's phone when the SMS arrives. To edit this, head to:

> Settings
> Venues
> Select your Venue
> Emails & Texts
> Send texts from (name) - put your name in here
> Save

There is a character limit on your name so you may have to be creative. If not, "Booking" will probably suffice if you have a long venue name


** Please get in touch with your Account Manager if you wish to activate SMS on your Collins system as this feature needs to be enabled by the Collins team**
