Automatic SMS confirmations is a great way to prevent no-shows is to ensure your customer knows a booking is confirmed. As emails can get lost in junk mail, SMS is a direct way to contact the customer, guaranteeing delivery. As such, you have an option to set up to automatically send out a confirmation SMS as soon as the customer makes a booking online, to accompany the email, and also when an enquiry is manually confirmed by you. Not only can the text be customised, but this extra feature also comes at no extra monthly cost; only a small cost for the SMS' themselves.
