Labels & colours - Adding/editing booking action labels

The booking action labels are there to help you track the stages of your enquiries and bookings.

The importance of using labels for your enquiry management is detailed here.

If you have multiple venues and would like the same labels for each venue, you can add Booking Labels at a Venue Group level by going to Settings:

  • Venue Group

  • Labels tab on the left-hand side

  • Click 'Add Another' and add/edit as you wish

  • Make sure to SAVE the page

If you have no labels set up, you can also choose 'ADD EXAMPLE LABELS' to use some pre-made labels.

To set up labels at Venue level, go to:

  • Settings

  • Venues > Select the venue

  • Labels & colours tab on the left-hand side

  • "Booking Labels" will be at the top

  • Use Custom labels if you have nothing set up at Venue Group level

  • Click 'Add Another' and add/edit as you wish

  • Make sure to SAVE the page

If you have no labels set up, you can also choose 'ADD EXAMPLE LABELS' to use some pre-made labels.

Some examples of Booking Action labels include - Awaiting Deposit/Deposit Received, Awaiting Pre-order/Pre-order Received, Sent Chasing Email, Awaiting Final Numbers

    

USEFUL - If you have already added labels into your Venue Group settings, you can choose to copy them over to specific venues.

In your Venue Level settings, at the bottom of your existing labels, you will see the option to select 'Copy from Venue Group'. Click this and you will see your Venue Group labels

Select which items you wish to copy to this venue from the drop-down and SAVE the page.
