To offer packages to the guest at the point of booking/enquiring, firstly you have to add packages/pre-orders to your Collins admin.
Once added, go to:
Venues > click on the venue name
Booking Types > choose a relevant booking type
Scroll down to the PACKAGES section
To assign a package, select the relevant one from the dropdown and click ADD PACKAGE.
Or if you are happy for customers to be able to select all the packages you have set up in your Collins admin, tick Make all packages available
- Make sure to SAVE the page

Once a package is chosen you will be able to view this information within the Enquiries page, in the Diary/Floorplan/Runsheet and any bookings/enquiries with a package will be tagged with a label called ‘packages_requested’:
