Email templates are messages you regularly send out to customers. The majority of these would be different types of T&Cs to add to your emails.
To edit your templates, head to:
Venues > Select Venue
Emails & Texts tab on the left-hand side
Scroll down to Email Messages
Find the template you're looking to edit and change the contents in the Message box. If you're looking to add another template, scroll down to the bottom of the list and select 'Add another'
Make sure to SAVE the page
