Collins emails don't come from DesignMyNight, they come from an email address you set. You can also set the name that appears in the customer's inbox. For example, this could be email@example.com and Bar Reservations Team.
To do the email address, please contact your account manager to update or edit this section. Once added, your domain will also need to be verified to explicitly say that Collins is allowed to send emails for your domain/on your behalf; so there is no risk of uncertainty. Please see our guide how-to guide here.
Please note - if you have our extra feature Collins Mail, the email address will be created for you. However, we will also need an email address to forward on any emails that cannot be linked to a booking.
