If you would like Collins to send automatic reminder emails to your completed bookings, the day before they are due to come in, go to:
Venues > Select the Venue
Emails & Texts tab on the left-hand side
Scroll down and tick “Send booking reminder emails” box
You will also be able to add extra text to the email
Make sure to SAVE the page
The reminder email goes out, as standard, with all the bookings details to the customer. If you want to add a further message to the reminder email, write that in the text box that appears. You see a preview of an example message with and without extra text here.
