Emails & Texts - Setting your automatic booking reminder email

Get Collins to send automatic reminder emails to your completed bookings, the day before.

> Settings
> Venues
> Select Venue
> Emails & Texts 

Scroll down and tick “Send booking reminder emails” box

The reminder email goes out, as standard, with all the bookings details to the customer. If you want to add a further message to the reminder email, write that in the text box that appears.
