Get Collins to send automatic reminder emails to your completed bookings, the day before.



Select Venue

Emails & Texts tab

Scroll down and tick “Send booking reminder emails” box

The reminder email goes out as standard, personalised and with all the bookings details to the customer. If you want to add a further message to the reminder email put that in the text box that appears
