If you would like to add additional text to the confirmation email, i.e your terms and conditions or cancellation policy, go to:
Select the relevant Booking Type
Scroll down to the Emails section
Enter the text in the "Booking Confirmed Email Message" box.
Make sure to SAVE the changes
NB - if you have already set up in an existing booking type - you can also use the COPY FROM TYPE option to quickly copy text.
Do note that the standard template already states the name of the customer and all the booking details so use this purely for T&Cs or your own message to the customer. You can have different T&Cs per booking type.
