You can authenticate the customer's card details before they book, to be able to bill them for no shows or late cancellations. To add this, go to:
- Select Venue
- Booking Types > choose a booking type
- Scroll down to "Customer Payments"
- Click “Add Another”
- To take card details the Type needs to be set as ‘Authenticate’
- You can choose:
> if happy for the rules to follow the auto-confirm rules already pre-set in the auto-confirm section, leave the remaining fields blank.
> if there are specific times days/dates/times and durations where you would like to authenticate for, fill out the remaining fields fully
- Make sure to SAVE
