The 'Add Booking' button is a great tool to instantly see space in your venue when a customer rings. It is located at the top left of your Diary/Floorplan/Run sheet.
To add a booking:
> First, choose the Booking Type (or it will auto-fill if it’s the only type available at the time)
> Then add the number of guests and time with the Until Time (this will auto-fill if a max duration has been assigned within the booking type)
> Once the details have been added, Collins will automatically bring up tables and table combinations you have available under Assign to Areas.
> Choose a table from the list and you can then add the booking straight into that table!**
Please be aware, it is mandatory to add at least a ‘First Name’ when adding in bookings into the diary using the ‘Add Booking’ button. If adding walk-ins, this field is not required.
