Once the lead booker collects all the orders and marks them as Complete, the pre-order links will be closed meaning customers will not be able to make another order:
Pre-order links will have the below message:
If a customer wants to add another order, you can reopen the links for them within the Pre-orders tab > scroll down to Customer Pre-orders and untick the box under Customer Marked as Complete > Make sure to SAVE the booking/enquiry.
Once Saved, the customer will be able to access the links in the original email or you can use the Send Pre-orders Emails button to send a new email to the Lead Booker.
