On the diary page, you have the option to delay a booking by either 5, 10 or 15 minutes by clicking on the booking bars. This is very useful if you’ve had a customer call up to let you know they are running late.
To use this option, simply click on the booking bar in the diary page:
This will then display with the option to change the booking. Please note, there will be a few seconds of loading whilst Collins checks the availability.
Once you select the amount of minutes you want to move this booking by, the booking will be automatically moved by the amount of time selected. For example, if the booking is at 12:00, and you select the ‘+5 mins’ button, this will change the booking time to 12:05.
If there is a booking in the table afterwards, there will be a warning to let you know the booking will overlap with another booking.
You can also use the ‘Running Late’ options within the Expanded Booking Details Panel, on either the Diary or the Floorplan by clicking on the booking within the check in list.
