Venue Group - Payment Availability

Within your venue group settings, you have the ability to stop Collins Pay payments and authentications from being made or requested a set time before or after the booking time.


This can be set to close either X amount of minutes, hours or days before or after the booking start time, or set to stop at the booking start time.

You'll be able to find this functionality by going to 

  • Venue Group

  • Payments

  • Payment Availability



Once closed, the option to request a payment or an authentication will be removed, and any customers attempting to make a payment or authentication will be advised that deposits are no longer being taken for this booking.
