You can enable notifications when certain rules are updated in your admin for all of the venues in your Collins admin. To do this, go to:
Changed Rules Notification tab on the left-hand side
At the top of the page is where you can add the email address you’d like to receive emails too, and you can add multiple email addresses by entering a space after the address.
> There are four different options that you can receive email notifications for:
The email addresses added will receive an email when the opening hours are changed for a venue, or an override date is added/removed/modified.
The email addresses added will receive an email when any Close Area rules are added/removed/modified.
BOOKING TYPE OVERRIDE DATES
The email addresses added will receive an email when an override date is added/removed/modified for any booking type.
Make sure to SAVE the page
When any rule that has been ticked is updated, the email addresses added will receive an email with details of the rule, and the team member who made the changes.
USEFUL - You can also set this at Venue Level instead of at having the same updates for every site.
