To enable notifications when certain rules are updated if changes are made in your admin for a specific venue, go to
Venues > Choose the venue
Changed Rules Notification Setup tab on the left-hand side
Tick ‘Override Venue Group Settings’
You can add the email address you’d like to receive emails too, and multiple email addresses by entering a space after the address.
Make sure to SAVE the settings
There are four different options that you can receive email notifications for:
The email addresses added will receive an email when the opening hours are changed for a venue, or an override date is added/removed/modified.
The email addresses added will receive an email when any Close Area rules are added/removed/modified.
BOOKING TYPE OVERRIDE DATES
The email addresses added will receive an email when an override date is added/removed/modified for any booking type.
When any rule that has been ticked is updated, The email addresses added will receive an email with details of the rule, and the team member who made the changes.
Please note that if you want to be alerted of the same settings changes across all of your sites, you will set this up at Venue Group level.
