General Information - Explained


If you are a venue group or organisation that have unique store codes for your venues/sites to track and report on, then you will be able to add this information to your admin set up.

Go to:

  • Settings

  • Venues > Choose your venue

  • General information tab on the left-hand side

  • Store code field

  • Add the information

  • Make sure to SAVE  


Once Saved, you'll be able to search for the Store code within an Enquiry, when adding a venue:


This code will also appear in the Enquiries download in column I.


In this section, you can also assign Venue Tags. Click into the drop-down under TAGS to select the tag you’d like to add to the venue.  Make sure to SAVE the settings.


Once saved, you’ll then be able to use these tags for reporting. You can filter by tags in the:
