For Collins Pre-order customers, when you request a Pre-order from a customer via email, you can set up the system to automatically send out reminder emails to them. This can be set up to remind them 45, 30, 21, 14, 10, 7, 3, and/or 1 day before their booking.
To set this up, go to:
> Settings > Venues > select Venue > Pre-orders > Select when you would like the reminders to be sent. > Add a personal message to go out on these emails > Save
