For Collins Pre-order customers, when you request a Pre-order from a customer via email, you can set up the system to automatically send out reminder emails to them. This can be set up to remind them 45, 30, 21, 14, 10, 7, 3, and/or 1 day before their booking.
To set this up, go to:
Venues > select your Venue
Pre-orders tab on the left-hand side and scroll to the end of the page
Select when you would like the reminders to be sent (you can choose multiple options)
Add a personal message to go out on these emails
Make sure to SAVE the page
