Why are not all my labels showing?

When creating your labels, you can set a booking status- for example, confirmed bookings. This means that these labels will only appear for bookings/enquiries that match that status.


If not all your labels are appearing for a booking/enquiry, this is probably because they are set to a specific booking status. You can change this by going to

>Settings

>Venues

>Your Venue

  • If labels are set up at Venue Group Level, go to Venue Group settings

> Labels

>Change the booking status

>SAVE
