Within a Booking/Enquiry - Set Up Requirements
Booking set-up requirements can be added to the customer's booking/enquiry in the Booking Details tab under SET UP REQUIREMENTS:
These fields can be set up at either venue level (ie. different per site) or venue group level (same for all venues). When setting up the different fields, you can determine booking requirements for your enquiries, examples of these are 'Room Layout', 'AV Equipment' or 'Stationery Needed'. This will then free up space in your run sheet note section and are ideal for larger parties such as weddings, private hire etc.
If Booking Requirements are added, they can be ticked to be included in different printouts from Collins - making sure your staff on the day know how to prep for each party.
They are included in:
Function sheet (both CSV and PDF)
Customised run sheet (both PDF and CSV)
