If no payment was required when sending out your pre-order menus, the Lead Booker of the party will be able to change the orders of those within the group without having to contact the venue to do so.
> Once they click on the Manage Your Order link, which is in their original Pre-Order email:
> They will be able to see a list of who has ordered what from their group. If no payment has been required, there will be an 'EDIT' button next to each order.
> And when they click on the 'EDIT' button, they will be brought to the order they are amending, where they can change and update each item. Once updated & submitted, this will then be changed in your Collins admin and on their 'Manage Your Order' page. The Lead booker and orderee will also get an email once the order is amended, so they are aware that the changes have been updated.
Please Note: Customers will NOT be able to change their order once your 'Close Pre-Orders Date' has passed. They will also not be able to change any orders once the Lead Booker completes the pre-order. Every order is in a state of 'Pending' in your Collins admin until the pre-order is complete. Once the Lead Booker has completed the order, the status will change to 'Complete' and you will then know this is the final version of the order and do a stock take, etc.
An example of an order which has been submitted before the Lead Booker completes the pre-order in below and you will be notified of this pre-order in the Pre-Orders Added section of your notification centre under the Pre-orders added section:
And when the Lead Booker completes the pre-order, you will be notified of this in the Pre-Orders Complete section of your notification centre, and the status of each order will be complete:
