Before sending out a Pre-order request to a customer, you can set a Minimum and/or Maximum limit of orders to be entered for the lead booker to be able to mark the order as complete.
You'll find this setting in the 'Pre Orders' tab of the booking. Before sending out the menu to the guest, you can activate this by inputting a Minimum and/or Maximum amount of orders that are required for the order to be completed.
If the orders submitted do not meet the limit(s) set on the menu, the lead booker will not be able to complete the order until the limits have been met.
When ordering, the guest will be notified if the orders submitted have reached the limit and will not be allowed to proceed with placing the order.
