With Auto-confirm bookings, you can make menus available to customers at the point of booking or automatically include the links to your menus in the confirmation email that they receive.
To set this up, head to:
Settings > Venues
Choose the booking type
Scroll to Pre-Order Settings
Here you can choose whether you want to take ‘Full Payment’ or a ‘% of Total’ or ‘None’ and you can set the service charge amount.
Underneath this you will see two tick-box options for when to make pre-orders available: either ‘While booking’ or ‘When booking is confirmed’.
While booking - this means that a customer will be able to pre-order off the menu at the point of booking/enquiring.
When booking is confirmed - A link to the menu will be sent in the confirmation email.
