Within the Enquiry details page, 'Area Search' is the second tab along and can be used to check for alternative availability for various scenarios:
1) Unable to accommodate enquiry at the requested venue, but wish to check availability at your other sites?
> Venues > this will display all venues on your user account > select those you wish to check availability
> The Dates, Times, Minimum duration, and Guests fields will automatically be taken from the initial enquiry, but should you wish to amend these details you can
> Click Find
Search results will display to the right-hand side > if you would like to book the customer into this venue at the available time, click 'Select' and the Enquiry details will auto-fill the Booking Details, ready for you to confirm the booking.
2) If you have an enquiry asking for a specific room/full hire/table/zone or specific day/date/month to book, all of these parameters can be checked in Area Search
Tell me when you have availability in the Garden for any date in June?
Tell me a Thursday in December that can accommodate this booking?
Tell me a Friday in the next two months when the special window table is available?
Tell me a Friday in December that can accommodate this booking across any of your sites?
You can make the search as specific as needs required by searching by:
> a specific Date range i.e. for a summer party in July, you could search for 1 July 2017 - 31st July
> if they wish to book on a specific day, you can select a 'Weekday'
> Search Times - enter a start time range
> Minimum Duration
> Area(s) - if you have Zones set up in your system you can search for a particular Zone i.e. Bar, Mezzanine, Function Room, or for a particular Table i.e. Table 10 (by the window)
