Collins seems really slow today

If we’re aware of any speed issues, our Success Team will report this on the ‘Service Status’ on the Collins dashboard/landing page (see screenshot). This will be updated as frequently as possible while we work to diagnose the problem and rectify it. If nothing appears then the issue will most likely to be with either the hardware you are using/ internet connection or be browser related.
