Dashboard - Collins doesn’t appear to be working as usual, is there something happening?

If we are experiencing any issues with Collins, you will always be made aware of this on your Dashboard > ‘Service Status’ (see screenshot), if there is an issue we will continue to keep you updated throughout.

If there are no reported issues showing in the ‘Service Status’ it may be that your device, Wi-fi connection, and/or browser may be conflicting with Collins. Here is a step by step guide of Trouble Shooting Tasks which will help to diagnose any issues interfering with Collins at your end.
