Indeed you can! When sending out a Menu to the lead booker using Collins Pre-orders (Tutorial guide here) there is a ‘Close pre-orders on’ box which automatically defaults to 5 days before the booking date. If you would prefer the cut off date to default to a different amount of days before the booking date, you can set this up in your admin. To do this go to:
If you would like to amend the defaulted date, you can change this to the preferred cut off day within the enquiry i.e. 2 days before the booking date.
If a cut off date has been set for a pre-order, the customer will be notified of this in the original pre-order email:
