Customer is unable to access the Menus, can I reopen the Pre-order link?

There are a couple of reasons why a customer may not be able to access the link to the pre-order menus:

  Close Pre-orders on - if it is on or past the date you have chosen to stop customers submitting any more orders, the link will be deactivated. To activate the link again, head to the Pre-order section in the booking:

> scroll down to Pre-order Menus 
> change the date accordingly in the ‘Close Pre-orders on’ box 
> Save
  • ‘Pre-order Complete’ - if the lead booker has marked orders as ‘Pre-orders Complete’ this will also deactivate the link. To reactive this, head to the Pre-order section in the booking

> scroll down to Pre-order Menus > ‘Customer marked as complete’ > untick the box > Save

**Once saved, ask the customer to refresh the page to reactivate the link**
