Enquiries - How to find bookings in your Collins system

If you are unable to find a booking in your system there are a few ways to locate bookings.

1. If you know the customer's name, email address or phone number then you can search for their bookings using the Search Bar

2. If you know the date, time, booking type, you can use the Filter Tool in your Enquiries page. Filter by the information you know i.e. Date and then also apply a status filter and select all five status' and apply. This will make sure that you see a list of all bookings whether in progress or cancelled for that day.

3. Make sure when searching and filtering bookings that the Enquiries page is set to Assigned to anyone, this will make sure that the search applies to all bookings in your system and not just those assigned to your user account.
